These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Training Today mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Betoli Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Training Today provides training insights, recommendations, and optional integrations with third-party fitness platforms to support your training and recovery.

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical guidance.

You use the App at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Integrations

Some features of the App allow you to connect third-party services (such as fitness or training platforms).

When you choose to enable an integration:

• You authorise Training Today to access and exchange data with that service on your behalf

• Data is shared only at your explicit request

• You remain responsible for complying with the third party’s own terms and policies

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behaviour.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Training Today does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All metrics, scores, insights, and recommendations are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should consult a qualified professional before making health or training decisions, especially if you have a medical condition.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and use personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Training Today and Betoli Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.

10. Apple End User License Agreement

Where applicable, use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms, these Terms govern the relationship between you and Betoli Ltd.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
