Why Dynamic Training?

Unstructured training is great for anyone whose main goal is simply to maintain a level of fitness. Often though this leads to most sessions being at roughly the same intensity and subsequently an athlete is likely to plateau. If you always train at 8min/mile then you are unlikely to be able to run faster if you enter a running race.

Training Today Dynamic Sessions and Plans are a step towards having a personal coach, reviewing your daily performance and tracking your physiological condition and stresses to adapt your plan accordingly with targeted structured sessions that focus on key areas for improvement.
